Ben’s role is the seamless operation of the church on a day to day basis.  Sounds easy?  Ben oversees the day to day functions of the sixteen staff members at The River Church to ensure that each person is well cared for, mentored and has an amazing experience on Sundays and throughout the week.  Easier said than done, but this former Marine Corps officer always accomplishes his mission!
